You agreed to the below:

• This offer does not guarantee acceptance by the internship provider (if applicable), nor does it guarantee an internship at a Host Organisation.
  
  
• An overseas internship is an academic experience, and I will be enrolled in to the applicable unit of study, and charged tuition fees (if relevant). This fee is in addition to the program fees.

• It is my responsibility to complete all assessments and academic requirements of the academic unit of study I am enrolled in during my overseas internship.
  
  
• I understand that if I do not complete the full internship duration specified in my offer letter, and depart early for any reason I may not be granted academic credit.
  
  
• Swinburne may postpone or cancel an overseas program at any time, if it is determined the safety of Swinburne students or staff could be compromised.
  
  
• All program fees will be paid directly to the internship provider (if applicable, unless otherwise stated) and I am bound by their payment schedules, T&Cs and refund policies.
  
  
• I am responsible for my physical and mental health and wellbeing whilst undertaking my internship program, and agree to disclose any medical information to Swinburne, my internship provider and host organisation which may require additional support prior to departure and whilst on my overseas internship program.
  
  
• I understand that I am an ambassador for Swinburne and Australia and I agree to behave in a culturally appropriate manner in my destination and host organisation.
