Acknowledgements (Study Tours)

Thanks for your payment.

We will advise of the next steps in due course once the tour has reached minimum numbers. In the interim, sit tight, do not make any bookings or commit to anything financially. Please also see the Acknowledgements that you have agreed to during the application and acceptance process. Please ensure that you understand your obligations, or contact us immediately if you have any further concerns.

A Faculty Led Program is an academic experience, and I will be enrolled in to the applicable unit of study, and charged tuition fees (if relevant). This fee is in addition to the program fees.

It is my responsibility to complete all assessments and academic requirements of the academic unit of study I am enrolled in during the program.

I understand that if I do not complete the full program duration specified in my offer letter, and depart early for any reason I may not be granted academic credit.

Swinburne may postpone or cancel an overseas program at any time, if it is determined the safety of Swinburne students or staff could be compromised.

I am responsible for my physical and mental health and wellbeing whilst undertaking my program, and agree to disclose any medical information to Swinburne and the host organisation

I understand that I am an ambassador for Swinburne and Australia and I agree to behave in a culturally appropriate manner in my destination and host organisation.

I agree to Swinburne Abroad’s terms and conditions for participating in a Faculty Led Program.

All program fees will be paid directly to Swinburne (unless otherwise stated) and I am bound by their payment schedules, T&Cs and refund policies.

I have paid my acceptance fee to Swinburne.

SCHOLARSHIP CONSENT

I understand to be eligible for this scholarship; I must be enrolled at Swinburne and thus liable for any tuition fees or HECS payable to the relevant university.

If for any reason, I do not complete my program, I understand that I may be required to return the full or partial amount of the scholarship award to Swinburne Abroad within 30 days of the termination of my program.

I agree to use the scholarship to contribute towards the costs of my program and realise that these funds will reduce the overall cost of participation.

This scholarship is not transferrable to any other Swinburne Abroad program and must be used for your current program dates.

This scholarship cannot be accepted with another provided by Swinburne Abroad.
